Terms and Conditions

A $50 deposit is required to secure your photo appointment and is non refundable. If you need to re-schedule your session, please only do so in an emergency, and your deposit will go towards the re-scheduled session. You are limited to one re-schedule per calendar year. Those who "no call no show" for their session will not receive a refund and will be required to pay session fees in full upon booking if they decide to reschedule. If the photographer needs to re-schedule due to any reason including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or health reasons; your deposit will carry over to your re-scheduled session and it will not count against you.

All sessions come with digital images with printing rights. This allows you to print physical prints and photo gifts from a photo lab of your choice. Natasha Lynn Photography is not responsible for printing errors. I do not suggest printing your images at department store photo labs due to print quality. I recommend ordering prints from a professional photo lab as this will ensure the best quality and color in your images.

Turnaround time for editing is usually 1 week but will be disclosed to you upon booking and again at your session based on current schedule. Busier times such as holidays may have a longer turnaround.


Most of my session locations are located in the following counties: Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas. I am willing to travel up to approximately 75 miles from my home with no travel fee. Locations that are more than 75 miles from my home may be subject to a travel fee of $0.50 per mile over.
