What does a session cost?
The session prices vary depending on the type of session and whether you are purchasing a single session or a bundle of sessions. I try to remain as affordable as possible without sacrificing quality but I also need to make sure I can cover all session related expenses and pay myself a livable wage. I completely understand living on a budget and payment plans are a must for some clients. If you think this would benefit you, please let me know when inquiring and I will work with you as much as I can to customize a payment plan that fits your budget.

What does my session include?
Your session cost includes the time and talent of the photographer; I have and still currently invest a lot of time and money into learning my craft as well as purchasing photography equipment and props. All of my sessions include a certain number of digital images without a watermark via online download with the option to purchase additional images. You will receive a print release allowing you to print these images from a photo lab of your choice and share them on social media as you wish. I just ask that you do not crop or edit the images in any way (this includes Instagram filters).

Do you require a deposit to book a session?
Due to my limited availability for scheduling, a non-refundable retainer is required for ALL sessions. Retainers must be paid within 3 days of booking your session and receiving your session contract unless discussed otherwise. If it is not received within this time frame, the date and time requested will be made available to other clients looking to book a session. Please note that prices are subject to change at anytime. A session contract and paid retainer will lock in current package and pricing for your session. This means that even if I raise my prices before your scheduled session, yours will not change since a retainer and contract have been completed.

How Do I Book A Session?
Contact me via phone, Facebook, or e-mail. We will discuss package and pricing as well as specific

details for the session, and I will answer any questions you may have for me. 

How Far In Advance Should I Book A Session?
To ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve, I only accept a limited number of sessions each month. 

I highly recommend contacting me at least 4 weeks before your desired date.
1st Birthday sessions MUST to be booked 4 weeks in advance to ensure I can purchase or make anything needed for your setup. 

When is the lighting best for my session?
I like to schedule studio sessions and travel to your home newborn sessions in the morning or midday as this is when the natural light comes in through windows the best. I do use studio lighting as well, but I prefer to have a mix of natural and artificial light for the best results. Outdoor sessions are best in the evening within the last few hours of sunset for that gorgeous golden light but can also be done early in the morning as well. Beach sessions are best in the last 1 hour of sunset. I really try to avoid outdoor sessions in the middle of the day as the lighting is just too harsh. Not only that but we live in Florida, it is just way to hot in the middle of the day.
Do You Provide Clothes Or Props For Sessions?
To help make your session stress free, I have a client closet available to use during maternity, newborn, and milestone sessions. 
For maternity sessions, I provide gowns for mom ranging in sizes 4-18 in an assortment of styles and colors to choose from.
For newborn sessions, I provide a variety of newborn outfits, fabric wraps, hats, headbands, blankets, and other props to help capture those adorable little newborn images. For toddler milestone sessions, I provide a variety of sitter outfits ranging in sizes 4-15 months as well as a variety of props that they can sit in or on during their session. For 1st Birthday sessions, I create a custom setup for your little one that includes the setup and smash cake (as long as there are no food allergies). 

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Images?
After your session, I review all of the images and select the best ones to retouch. I will hand edit each of these selected images with both Lightroom and Photoshop before uploading them to your gallery. I post sneak peeks on my Facebook page within 3-5 days of your session and I will have the whole gallery ready within 7-10 days after your session. During Holidays and busier times of the year, my turnaround time may increase slightly and I will communicate these changes during that time. I know you may be anxious or excited waiting for your images, but I put a lot of attention into editing your images and this process cannot be rushed. If you need your images back for a specific date or event, please let me know upon booking so that we can schedule your session for at least 3 weeks prior to your need by date.

How Do I Receive My Images?
Once you receive your gallery, I ask that you review all of your images and make your image selections within 2 weeks. The gallery is setup like a shopping cart to allow you to choose your included number of images. You will have the option to purchase additional images at this time. After you checkout, you will receive an email to download your digital images directly to your computer. The download works best on a desktop computer or laptop as the images are high resolution and therefore the files are too large to download them to your cell phone. Once downloaded, I strongly suggest saving these files to your hard drive, a USB, or cloud storage. 
I also offer the option to upgrade to a Premium USB of all of your purchased images. 

What If My Child Is Too Fussy?
Not all toddlers or children come to their sessions ready to smile. Some are very shy at first and it may take them a little bit to warm up to me. My sessions are typically playful and fast paced to keep your little ones attention, but we can also take a break if they get upset or need a quick snack. I suggest making sure they are well rested and fed prior to their session. You can also bring a small snack and drink that won’t stain their mouth. Puffs, dry cereal, and gold fish work perfectly. You can bring a toy or stuffed animal that may help grab their attention, but not one that they will refuse to let go of as it could make them upset. I try to make the session fun and interactive by talking to your little one and making faces or noises to get their reaction. I also ask for parents help with this as you know what gets them to laugh or smile on a daily basis. 

What To Wear?
Everyone wants to look their best for their session and the question “what to wear” comes up a lot when booking sessions.
COLORS & PATTERNS: Solid colors and subtle patterns are easier to coordinate. Avoid logos or branding. Coordinate your colors but don’t match identically. Consider your photo location. Whites, blues, yellows, coral, lavender, pinks, and other softer colors are great for the beach. Browns, greens, mustard, burgundy, dark blue, and plums are great for a park with greenery.
A FEW EXTRA TIPS: Please leave hats and sunglasses in the car. You may also want to empty your pockets as wallets, cell phone, and other items you normally carry around may create a noticeable bulge in your photos. Be cautious of bra straps or other undergarments that may show through your clothing. Make sure you’re little ones are comfortable in their clothes. If they are tight, bulky, itchy, etc then they will be miserable during the session causing you to stress out or get upset.

A referral is the best compliment a client can give!​ I am so grateful for all my clients past, present, and future! By sharing your images with friends and family, you are also spreading my business by word of mouth. This helps me to continue to grow so to show my gratitude, I would like to reward you for your support. For each NEW client you refer to Natasha Lynn Photography, you will receive a $25 credit to use towards a future session. You can combine multiple credits, so if you refer 4 new clients, you will receive a $100 credit towards a future session. There is no limit to how many referrals you can receive credit for.
